• Review of select court filings
• A ZOOM consultation to discuss your case, including the probability of success on appeal

Brian’s hourly rate for work beyond the consultation is $750 per hour. If cost is a concern, we can discuss during the consultation whether another attorney at the firm may be able to handle your case at a lower hourly rate.
