• Review of the trial court decision
• Review of select court filings
• A written appellate evaluation identifying the potential grounds for appeal, significant obstacles, and recommended next steps
• A Zoom consultation with Brian to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the potential appeal, its prospects for success, and the recommended appellate strategy

Brian’s hourly rate for work beyond the evaluation is $750 per hour. If cost is a concern, we can discuss during the consultation whether another attorney at the firm may be able to handle your case at a lower hourly rate.
